Eastlands win Interclub rollers competition |

Full report to follow when we get results (Results don't have riders names on so this is as good as it gets!)
I can confirm for the second year Eastlands Velo have won the interclub trophy at Newcastle Under Lyme
Competition was roller racing and the racing was intense and a lot of it for every rider
4 riders raced against each other and the clock over short and longer distances in a relay and also a devil type race
I'm guessing the score but I think Eastlands team won by 35 points to 28

Last weekend saw the Cyclocross Northern championships hosted at Boggart Clough, Manchester.
This was an opportunity for the riders of the North to race against each other. Riders visited from Yorkshire and Cumbria and although a small field there was some exceptional talent on show!
Weather can best be described as grim, worst description absolutely horrible and definately to be avoided.

I would like to thank all who helped to run this session
With 17 riders taking part and all in a very festive mood things where looking good . Until a very strong cold wind started to take revenge in the 35 min TT.
A big well done to all riders and congratulations to Luke Boulton with 57 laps!!
We still have some places for the next session on DEC 15 TH (see Alan to book )

Bad luck Chris Latham who punctured miles from the pits, didnt have far to go home tho.
